John Van Sant
John oversees the day-to-day management and operations of the firm. In addition, he is responsible for developing, implementing and executing key strategic initiatives, focused on business planning, organizational structure, system integrations and infrastructure. His tenure at the firm has included the responsibility of serving as Chief Financial Officer, overseeing regulatory interactions, corporate administration, business operations, finance and accounting. John came to Cascade in March of 2005 and started as a business development intern helping to reengineer, develop, and blueprint the strategic alliance business model. Previously, John spent one year as an E-Business Accounting Solutions Analyst at Corporate Express. Prior to Corporate Express, John was a District Leader at Primerica Financial Services for three years. John graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in International Business from Johnson & Wales University and has a concentration in Finance and Operations Management. |
