Retirement PracticeThe meaning of retirement has changed. We can no longer think of retirement as the time after you leave the workforce. Many people now face a point in time where new ventures and a productive life beyond work are the new reality. Overlay this with possibly having dependent parents or financial outlays not part of any initial "plan" and a type of complexity not experienced by previous generations that emerges as a new way to view retirement.
